What services do you offer?
We offer a full range of salon services including color, highlighting, perms, manicures, pedicures, waxing, clarifying treatments, and chemical-free straightening treatments.

How far in advance should I book?
For everyday services, booking ahead is always helpful. For weddings or special events, we suggest scheduling at least a month in advance and setting up a consultation to plan the details.
Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
While we always recommend booking an appointment to ensure availability, we are happy to welcome walk-ins whenever our schedule allows.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another client.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you’re running behind, please give us a quick call to let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be adjusted depending on the schedule.

Absolutely — we love when clients bring inspiration photos. They help us understand the look you’re going for so we can tailor the service to you.
Should my hair be clean or dirty for a color or highlight appointment?
Clean, dry hair is best for color services. Excess product buildup or oily hair can affect how the color processes, so we recommend washing your hair the day before your appointment.
How often should I get a trim to maintain healthy hair?
To keep your hair looking and feeling its best, we generally recommend a trim every 6–8 weeks.
